Summary of the role

Location: Bristol, Basingstoke, Peterborough, Liverpool, Edinburgh

The MI Lead will play a key role in designing and implementing a centralised Enterprise MI, Planning, and Insights framework that enhances customer journeys and supports data-driven decision-making.

The role involves creating and embedding MI standards across all accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders, clients, and regulators. The MI Lead will oversee reporting development, maintain reporting systems, and leverage tools like MS Office, Power Query, and Power BI to support business insights, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.
