We are seeking a motivated IT Design and Architecture Graduate to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our systems and processes. In this role, you will utilise IT architectural tools and modelling software to define and document innovative solutions that impact our applications and reporting structures. You will guide project design direction by ensuring solutions are backed by clearly documented and prioritised requirements, adhering to our target architecture. Additionally, you will lead the requirements capture and prioritisation for changes and establish traceability once changes are delivered to ensure they meet the captured requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective documentation for key systems and applications, ensuring that all changes are well-recorded and accessible.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT design and architecture while contributing to the success of our projects.
Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by dedicated Academy mentors, as well as being supported by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

What we are looking for:
* Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree in a technology related subject
* Graduated in 2024 or are due to complete in 2025;
* An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
* Good analytical and problem solving skills;
* Comfortable with presenting and building relationships.
