Job Purpose Working in our marketing team, you will be an energetic and passionate PR & Events Executive with a remit to support the delivery and execution of our PR and events strategies, helping us drive sales, build brand awareness, increase engagement, and amplify our messaging across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Senior PR and Content Manager, you will work alongside the Social Media Executive and the wider marketing team, ensuring a cohesive approach across public relations, events, content, and social media to support our broader business, brand, and marketing objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver impactful campaigns and content that resonate with our audience while driving business growth. To be successful in this role, you will need to be: A clear executional thinker Strong communicator with a flair for storytelling Confident presenter Proactive stakeholder relationship builder Proactive, problem-solving mindset As the role involves some travel a full UK, valid driver’s licence is advantageous. Skills & Experience Proven experience (1 years) in PR and Event Management, ideally within the retail, toy, or lifestyle sectors. Deep understanding of public relations (consumer, digital) with a hands-on approach to execution. A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Responsibilities Support on our PR and events workstreams, with a primary focus on driving customer engagement and sales and leveraging activity across all brand touchpoints. PR: Deliver PR strategies as laid out by your manager to drive sales, build brand awareness and advocacy and drive media coverage for product launches, events, and campaigns. Support on key agency relationships including strategy alignment, briefing campaigns, establishing scopes of work, managing budgets, output and deadlines. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers within the toy, lifestyle, and family sectors.
