We’re looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to take charge of compliance, risk assessments, and safety policies while supporting a business that operates across prestigious locations. With a workforce of over 1,200 staff and large-scale projects, this is an exciting opportunity to shape health and safety standards across diverse environments. You’ll report directly to the Board of Directors, working closely with operational teams to ensure staff are deployed into safe working environments. This is a home-based role with flexibility, requiring visits to the office in Kent just once a week and occasional travel to sites across London however these will occur on a flexible basis. Key duties of the Health and Safety Advisor: Develop and maintain risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), ensuring full compliance with legislation. Oversee health and safety policies, working proactively to identify and mitigate risks. Support managers in accident reporting and ensure learnings are implemented. Conduct site audits and ensure all locations meet the highest safety standards. Build strong relationships across the business, promoting a positive safety culture. Keep up to date with legislation and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement.
