The Priory Hospital Glasgow is Scotland's leading independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital. We have a range of services including General Adult Psychiatry, Addictions, and Eating Disorders.
We are looking for two motivated Registered Mental Health Nurses with post-registration experience to work as part of our multidisciplinary team. You will be required to work across all wards in the Hospital, which include Eating Disorder and General/Addictions.
The successful candidates will be team players, patient-centred, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility is required to work across all wards.
A good knowledge of the Mental Health Act, risk assessments, and the care plan approach is required. Experience of working within Acute Psychiatry is desirable.
Hours of Work: Averaged at 37.5 per week:
Day shift: 07.00 - 19.30 (1 hour unpaid break)
Night Shift: 19.00 - 07.30 (1 hour unpaid break)
Shift Pattern:
1. Week 1: 4 shifts
2. Week 2: 3 shifts
3. Week 3: 3 shifts
4. Week 4: 3 shifts
Shifts will be rotational across days and nights.
