Business Development Executive Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of a telecoms company. The Business Development Executive will play an active role in the growth of the business and happy to work as part of a small team and grow the business to achieve its goals. Responsibilities: Conduct business-to-business outbound lead generation through cold-calling and email outreach. Gather information about prospective customers' current telecom setups. Book appointments for sales representatives to provide proposals. Ability to provide customer quotes and close deals over the phone. Develop a strong understanding of our business portfolio and communicate its benefits to prospective customers. Meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a database of leads and prospects using the company's CRM system. Keep accurate records of activities and prospect data in the CRM. Always open to continuous improvement methods and embrace learning. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: 2 years outbound sales experience Must demonstrate a recent track record of achieving sales targets Understanding of the sales process and sales performance metrics Excellent Communication Skills Experience in qualifying leads and or selling over the phone as well as appointment setting Experience in being able to close sales over the phone, from lead gen through to close Experience in using CRM software The Rewards The successful Business Development Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus: Commission Additional leave Free parking Gym membership Company pension Location The Business Development Executive role will be based in Belfast.
