Description Duties of the Executive PA: Provide administrative support to a busy team Manage diaries and coordinate meetings. Prepare and distribute reports, meeting notes and information ahead of meetings Prepare regular reports and update databases. Interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally. Handle confidential information with discretion. Participate in team projects and support team objectives. Maintain organised office systems and procedures. Profile A successful Executive PA should have: Exeperience as a PA within C-suite Proficiency in office software, including MS Office and databases. A meticulous approach to work and an eye for detail. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. An aptitude for working in a team and independently.
