The Role:
1. Lead design and drawing assignments, collaborating closely with senior colleagues.
2. Versatility to work across RIBA stages, taking a project from inception, through concept design development, and getting involved in technical detailed design and onsite construction stages.
3. Apply expertise in design and construction techniques to elevate project outcomes.
4. Be in a client-facing position, with the chance to independently manage client relationships.
5. Coordinate across design disciplines for seamless project execution, collaborating with other disciplines in-house.
6. Utilise Revit/CAD and IT systems effectively to optimise workflow.
7. Maintain compliance with statutory and contractual procedures.
8. Enhance expertise through site visits and ongoing professional development.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
1. Qualified Architect or Architectural Designer: RIBA Part 3, ARB Registration, Overseas Equivalent, with 3+ years industry experience.
2. Revit proficiency and live project experience is essential. BIM awareness or experience is an additional bonus.
3. Project experience in either Data Centre / Commercial / Residential / Health care sectors is most desirable.
4. Good design and technical understanding, ideally experience across multiple RIBA stages.
