Working Hours- Tuesday to Saturday.
What will this role achieve?
1. Timely and accurate production entry on a daily basis
2. Responsible for analysing and communicating information to the plant management and other key teams across the business.
3. Spend time cross training to become versed in all functions within the despatch department.
4. Play a key role in identifying process improvement and leading the way to successful implementation of these improvements.
5. The role will provide holiday cover for the wider supply chain.
6. Investigating - stock discrepancies/ Layaside/ Packaging. Line Stocks.
7. Stock Sheet control - stock sheets to be aligned. Investigate under & over usages.
What will be your key deliverables?
8. Entering daily production including updating all relevant spreadsheets, entering data into SAP, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
9. Maintain movement of inventory through the quality process.
What do you need for this role?
10. Proven ability to process complex and detailed data and other information.
11. Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to communicate production and financial information across the business.
12. Ability to be tactical whilst seeing the bigger operational picture.
13. Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and think independently about alternative ways to solve problems based on analysis of data.
14. Is able to offer advanced solutions based on collected, summarised and analysed data.
15. Advanced skills with the standard features of various computer programmes such as Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
16. Experience in SAP.
