A new opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a successful business based in Guildford. (20-25 hours per week - over 5 days)
Job Description
* Provide full administrative support to the team
* Deliver excellent telephone customer service
* Onboard clients onto our systems
* Maintain client data, including addresses, on databases and portals
* Handle daily post, scanning, saving, and distributing to relevant team members
* Maintain and review clients' online accounts with HMRC
* Maintain client trackers
* Prepare standard HMRC letters
* Package and upload tax returns and other documents to client portals
* Assist with any other administrative and/or client work as required
The Successful Applicant
* Experience within a similar role
* Experience with Xero accountancy software is a plus
