Job Title: Project Manager
Location: UK Remote
Remuneration: £54,000 - £61,000 annually
Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months, Full Time
Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering design, campaign, physical, and technical elements of retail experiences and long-term furniture programmes.
* Support campaign-oriented temporary pop-up design production activities, evolving and scaling over the next few years.
* Maintain project documents to ensure strong discipline, driving on-time delivery.
* Act as a liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, Channel Marketing managers, and Creative and Marketing teams on asset-related issues.
* Manage payment activities using internal tools; prepare and oversee spend tracking documents.
* Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) through internal systems.
* Develop internal processes to improve efficiencies across a broad scope of programme-related activities.
* Organise weekly vendor partner conference calls to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Be proactive in learning and taking on tasks for the broader team.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Relevant retail project management experience in large organisations within a related field.
* Strong experience working with retail partners.
* Proven capability in creating and maintaining project trackers across multiple programmes and stakeholders.
* Clear understanding and experience in retail fixture production and implementation.
* Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and Word; experience with Google Docs/Sheets is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors.
* Experience managing budgets effectively.
* Strong conflict management skills; able to address stakeholder issues swiftly to maintain a positive team spirit.
* Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, flexible, and positive.
* Experience navigating various organisational cultures and structures.
* Experience working with European retailers is preferred.
* Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
