Agility is delighted to be working with an IT Support and Solutions company looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team. Since 2007, they have been working with small and medium-sized businesses helping them evolve and grow.
They are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to support the Finance Director and be responsible for the overall Management Accounts and Sales Ledger function.

What you will be doing:
1. Month end & year-end management accounts
2. Work with internal managers to ensure financial interactions with suppliers and customers are effective.
3. Work with the support team and account managers to ensure products are sold correctly and in line with company practices.
4. Creation and maintenance of accounting processes
5. Run sales invoices and credit notes.
6. Issue statements to customers
7. Credit control including liaising directly with customers and the sales team, to ensure customers pay within terms.
About you:
1. Problem-solving.
2. Excellent analytical skills.
3. Sound knowledge of Excel.
4. Experience in producing monthly management accounts.
5. Working towards AAT.
