How you'll make an impact
The client are recruiting for a full time Purchase Ledger Clerk to work at our site in Avonmouth, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Three-way matching of supplier invoices, purchase orders and goods received notes, via Lightyear purchase ledger software.
2. Querying any discrepancies between invoices, POs and GRNs with internal departments and with external suppliers.
3. Make weekly supplier payments via Sage Intacct ERP software, upload onto banking site, issue remittance advices to suppliers.
4. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
5. Month end accruals for purchase ledger and credit cards.
6. Calculate and generate invoices for supplier rebates.
7. Assist the Finance Manager with month end activities.
