As part of our exciting growth plans, we are looking to appoint a Project Manager with Account Management expertise to join our team for an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in delivering high-quality projects but also excels at managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring client retention.

Key Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Client Growth & Retention: Develop strong client relationships, deeply understanding their brand, goals, and evolving business needs to identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services.
* Strategic Account Management: Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing ongoing consultation and identifying opportunities to enhance value.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with both internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) and external stakeholders to align expectations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Project Methodologies: Lead projects using agile and/or waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches based on project scope and client requirements.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, keeping stakeholders informed and expectations managed.
* Scope & Budget Control: Write project documentation, manage scope changes, track budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor project performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital design and data visualisation, recommending new initiatives where relevant.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in project management within digital design, development, or data-driven solutions.
* Strong background in account management, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* A results-driven mindset with experience in client growth, retention, and upselling services.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing delivery timelines and client expectations.
* Ability to identify and act upon changing scope / business requirements.
* Expertise in leading projects using agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
* Skilled at writing clear and effective project documentation, proposals, and reports.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Project planning, estimating and reporting with the support of the Head of Client Services.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software (such as Jira, Trello).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in data visualisation projects is a plus but not essential.
