Due to our continued growth and recent project successes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects Department.
About the role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee all project stages, from planning and design to procurement, installation, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the successful delivery of FF&E fit-out projects for new builds and refurbishments.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare and present project reports, tracking progress, risks, and key deliverables.
* Lead and mentor project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
* Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to meet client specifications.
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
* Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
* Attend site meetings and engage confidently with clients to maintain strong working relationships.
Essential Requirements:
* Background in Healthcare, Education, Laboratory, Student Accommodation, or Kitchen FF&E fit-out projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction and fit-out processes.
* Construction-related qualification preferred.
* Valid CSCS card (preferably Black).
* SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
* Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
