About the role The Senior People Partner will lead and deliver Corserv Facilities Ltd (CFL) People Strategy, with overall management of the HR function (including employee relations, resourcing, L&D, reward, employee experience, talent management, and organisational design). The post holder will partner with CFL’s Leadership Teams in order to drive a commercial, innovative, comprehensive and holistic HR service offering; coaching and supporting managers at all levels across CFL to ensure they fulfil the people management aspects of their role with openness and transparency and in accordance with CFL’s values. The Senior People Partner will: lead the CFL People Team in delivering an effective and efficient HR service across CFL. develop and implement CFL’s People Strategy, enabling the effective delivery of the company’s mission and strategic priorities, and lead People initiatives designed to build employee engagement, organisational agility, people capability, talent development and wellbeing develop, monitor and manage all HR policies and procedures within CFL consider the commercial impact of People decisions, identifying and advising on risks, pragmatic solutions and improved business performance build mutually beneficial relationships with CFL’s Leadership Teams, recognised Unions, and other stakeholders establish strong working relationships with HR colleagues in other Corserv Group companies and with outsourced providers provide expert advice and guidance on opportunities, risks and possible people and business impacts of decisions in line with policies and legislation develop and continuously improve a robust People risk assurance framework, promoting awareness throughout the People Team About you To be successful as Senior People Partner you will need to demonstrate previous HR generalist/ business partnering experience (across a portfolio of operational areas) and ideally be Level 7 CIPD qualified or with extensive relevant experience. You should also have proven: HR Management and business partnering experience experience of influencing and effectively collaborating with managers and stakeholders across a variety of operational department and business services experience in proactively diagnosing, developing and executing solutions to problems and organisational challenges skills in data management and review, to help develop insight and support decision-making high level knowledge of HR functions including Talent Planning, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Cultural Change, etc. in-depth and demonstrable knowledge of: employment law HR policy and practice and its practical application in a commercial environment GDPR You will have experience of planning and executing cultural change programmes and of working within a project discipline framework. You will be highly organised with keen attention to detail, an ability to deliver to deadlines and to prioritise effectively, and experience of leading and developing a team.
