A fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals looking for a chance to learn to weld. In return, we offer a 4-year apprenticeship program that takes a practical approach to gaining skills and leads to a Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Level: 3.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete welds on basic non-complex structures, supports, block to block, and light low-pressure header wedges.
2. Welding PCHE to comply with ASME IX standards.
3. Carry out Heatric lifting operations.
4. Carry out grinding and welding support activities.
5. Completion of college assignments as set by the tutor.
6. Understand and work with lean manufacturing tools (6S, basic problem solving, 5 Whys, etc.).
7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental practices.
