Excellence Services LLC is a professional private-owned company that provides luxury service for an HNW family exclusively. ● Atherton, CA, 94027 (On-site) ● Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly Position. ● Typically 56 days, 4050 hours work week. (Usually Saturday Off; need flexibility and 24/7 mentality ) ● $95,000 - $144,000/year, DOE & Negotiable. ● Up to 20% performance-based Bonus. ● Benefits : Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Meal Breaks, etc. Main Duties: ● Chef ○ Cook breakfast 56 days a week. ○ Prepare takeaway lunch box 45 days a week. ○ Cook lunch & dinner 12 days a week. ○ Create menus and grocery list; order & receive groceries. ○ Maintaining a clean & organized kitchen during/after meal preparation. ● Assistant ○ Chauffeur the Principals and their family. ○ Run errands. ○ Light chores. ○ Manage vendors. ○ Other personal assistant duties. Minimum Requirements: ● Able to cook a variety of dishes; able to provide a culinary portfolio. ● Able to cook 78 dishes in 23 hours, family serving style. ● Flexible schedule; can work overtime, weekends, holidays, and morning/evening shifts as needed. ● Strong service mindset and a can-do attitude. Hands-on. ● A 24/7 mentality; adaptable to last-minute changes. ● Humble personality; takes feedback/criticism well; follows the rules and instructions firmly. ● Has a driver’s license and a clean driving record. ● Tech-savvy; comfortable with primarily written correspondence and extensive reporting working environment. ● Adaptable to a fast-paced, non-social, and formal environment. ● Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa. ● Able to pass an extensive reference check and background check. ● Annual flu shot required. Other Requirements (preferred): ● Has experience working in a high-net-worth private family. ● Has experience working as an assistant for C-level executives or high-profile individuals. ● Has a Bachelor's or higher degree. ● Strong verbal & non-verbal communication skills. ● Strong multitasking and time management skills. ● Ready for pre-employment health screenings, including physical, psychological exams, and drug tests; annual flu vaccination required. ● Familiar with G-suite & Mac OS. ● Able to travel with the family when needed. Other Responsibilities: ● Souces vendors and maintains a vendor list. ● Supervises and oversees vendors on-site. ● Works closely with other staff on various household projects. ● Performs walkthroughs using household checklists. ● Keeps an inventory of household supplies & personal items for Principals. ● Purchases order submission, get approval, place orders, and track delivery status. ● Secures residence at the end of the day when needed – all doors locked, security system armed. ● Responds to incoming calls and greets guests. ● Prepares home for occasional events. Coordinates with vendors for holiday decor. ● Submits daily task lists and task status reports. ● Manages seasonal wardrobes and clothing size rotations. ● Plans and coordinates the family’s activities and events ● Maintains Principals’ calendars and schedules personal appointments as needed. ● Purchases gifts, maintains gift tracker, reviews and audits receipts. ● Keeps track of birthdays and other important dates. ● Performs other duties as assigned.
