Customer Service Officer needed in Shepton Mallet, £12.38ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1380593
This Customer Service role combines face-to-face customer contact with telephony and online digital support. The Customer Service team provides the first point of contact for residents. Customer Service Officers are required to effortlessly provide quality advice, guidance, and support to every customer with an increased digital focus towards helping customers self-serve using online solutions.
37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
The Customer Service Point (CSP) is open 8.30 – 5pm and situated within Shepton Mallet.
Temporary contract until March 31st, 2025.
This is a busy and highly rewarding role, handling high volume customer enquiries.
You will be providing ‘Front door’ support, meaning you will be the first point of contact for customers needing advice and assistance about any service including Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Council Tax, Waste, Benefits, Highways and Transport, Planning, Licensing, and more.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
