Sigma EHS Administrator Role Vacancy
With a passion for best practices and delivering a robust safety culture, the Sigma EHS Administrator will report to the HSE, Facilities and CI Manager and serve as a point of contact for support for all Production areas across the Sigma sites at Hinckley and Farnborough. The role includes reviewing current practices against legislation, completing internal and external audits, and supporting the core business to improve Health and Safety and provide a suitable working environment for Sigma employees.
Location Detail
The role is based at Hinckley with planned travel to Farnborough when required.
Description
* Communicate with all areas of the Manufacturing processes on both sites.
* Complete audits of the Manufacturing processing and update documentation accordingly.
* Manage the review of the Occupational Health Surveillance of all Sigma Manufacturing employees.
* Ensure compliance with the ISO Management System to maintain ISO14001 certification.
* Ensure compliance with the ISO Management System to maintain ISO45001 certification.
* Review all equipment on site in line with current legislation and ensure high standards of health and safety.
* Complete planned maintenance with correct documentation to meet statutory compliance standards.
* Implement the HSE Safetyhub Video training for all employees at Hinckley and Farnborough.
* Manage HSE KPIs and Dashboard.
* Monitor and review Good Spots, Near Misses, Non-reportable incidents, and Reportable incidents, ensuring investigations identify root causes and actions are taken to prevent reoccurrences, while maintaining good communication on progress.
Profile
* Experience with Manufacturing, HSE standards, and current legislation.
* Experience implementing robust and budgeted project plans.
* Experience in a Production facility with the ability to identify hazards and implement risk reduction actions.
* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team or independently.
* Experience in implementing change.
* Good computer skills with Google, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to travel between sites.
* Flexibility in working hours.
* Clean Driving Licence.
Desirable but not essential:
* Working towards or obtained an IOSH qualification.
* NEBOSH certificate.
* Auditor certificate.
