Your responsibilities will include:
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling key administrative tasks that support our team and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This includes:
Maintaining records for company and personal vehicles, including ensuring MOTs and services are scheduled on time.
Liaising with tenants, solicitors, issuing leases, and managing tenant communications.
Organising both business and personal travel arrangements for the team and family.
Light financial work including; raising Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Liaising with suppliers
Controlling the utility readings and ensuring accurate recharges to the tenants
Maintaining tenants records
Assisting with managing email inboxes, handling incoming post, and distributing tasks accordingly. Handling all aspects of office admin.
Liaising with and communicating with stakeholders both internally and externally including engineers, drivers, tenants, solicitors.
PA duties such as family utility and insurance renewals, flight bookings, accommodation bookings etc.
Supporting directors with ad-hoc tasks and coordinating meetings.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who can handle various administrative duties with ease. You’ll need:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well within a team.
IT proficient and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience using SAGE is advantageous.
The ability to step in quickly, manage deadlines, and be a key support to the wider team.
