Job Purpose:
* Leadership: Lead and develop the Projects Engineering team within the [Private Networks Division]. This includes accountability for health & safety, the technical development of engineers, and ensuring technical delivery excellence.
* Senior Leadership Role: Operate as part of the senior leadership team, collaborating with peers to drive business improvements and positive change.
* Collaboration: Work closely with both Operations and Sales teams to ensure sufficient, skilled resources are available, and support key account planning and customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications & Professional Membership(s):
* Relevant engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent)
* Recognized safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent)
