About the Role: Design and deliver engaging and informative Religious Studies lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum. Cultivate a respectful and thought-provoking learning environment that encourages discussions about faith, philosophy, and ethics. Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of major world religions and their historical and contemporary significance. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable). Collaborate with colleagues in the Religious Studies department and contribute to school-wide events. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Religious Studies or a closely related subject. Demonstrates a strong understanding of religious beliefs and a passion for fostering interfaith dialogue. Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a single-sex learning environment.
