Job Responsibilities
1. To provide high quality nursing care to children and young people.
2. To be responsible for a delegated workload as agreed with the Team Lead and senior Community Children's Nurses.
3. To provide nursing care, advice and support in negotiation with the child and family/carers to meet their individual needs.
4. To assess care needs, plan, implement and evaluate individualised programmes of care to meet identified needs in negotiation with children, young people, and their families.
5. To manage a nursing caseload with the support of senior nurses.
You will be supporting children and young people with complex health needs within their homes and across various settings. You will be a RN (child)/RSCN who has had previous experience working with children with complex health needs.
