In this Service Advisor role, your daily responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and efficient service. Scheduling and coordinating service appointments to ensure the workshop runs smoothly. Communicating with customers to identify service needs, offering advice, and explaining recommended repairs. Handling customer inquiries, managing expectations, and keeping customers updated throughout the service process. Liaising with technicians to ensure repairs are carried out accurately and in a timely manner. Managing invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation of all work carried out.
