The Role: Combining your interest in nutrition with exceptional sales skills, you'll be working with Health Care Practitioners to drive recommendations, sales, and loyalty of Lamberts products. Fully responsible for your territory accounts, you'll achieve growth predominately through growing existing accounts and securing new business. Nutrition education is a core value of our business so delivering product training programmes and representation at nutrition trade, seminars and conferences is also a key element of this role. Roles & Responsibilities: - You will be fully responsible for your territory accounts to grow the Lamberts business by selling our professional product portfolio with a passionate approach to existing and potential customers such as Independent Pharmacies, Health Food Stores, Wholesalers, Clinics and Practitioners. - You will in detail understand your customer's commercial needs and business to envision them in building opportunities. To do this we'll help you to develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support. - You will meet assigned targets for sales, winning new business, merchandising, and provide short product trainings to customers and their staff. - You will optimise customer contact through in person visits, virtual detailing, phone calls, and emails. - You will plan call cycles through effective planning in the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to maximise efficiency and return on investment of time spent in the territory - You will be an ambassador for the company and its brands in the relevant channels.
