Work on diverse sites—one day a heritage building, the next a modern refurbishment. Play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and future-proof buildings. Your Impact Your days will be dynamic: meeting stakeholders, inspecting sites, refining plans, and ensuring quality work. You’ll: Oversee repairs and contractor performance. Prepare specifications, tender documents, and contract drawings. Manage projects through planning, approvals, and completion. Conduct surveys to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accessibility. Collaborate with council leaders, school officials, and contractors. What You Bring Proven experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, NBS, NSR, and industry standards. Strong knowledge of construction law, compliance, and procurement regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
