My client provides business flexspace solutions and is looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in promoting our office space in the property community. This is a key role in enhancing sales and the ultimate financial performance of the centre.
Reporting to the Directorship, the candidate will demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills, be confident, show attention to detail, enthusiasm, adaptability, ability to multi-task and work under pressure, be highly motivated and proactive with a desire to contribute to the company more widely, and have a commitment to client/customer service. The ability to be a team player will be vital.
Initial Objectives:
1. To be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the centre.
2. To attract new clients and ensure the retention of existing clients with a view to maximising revenues.
3. Overall management, control, and accountability for the financial and commercial performance of the centre.
4. Management of financial procedures.
5. Provision of exceptional customer service whilst ensuring operational efficiencies.
Key Skills:
1. Experience in the operational running of an environment similar to the size/character/quality of a Business Centre or previous experience in the running of an office preferred.
2. Networking skills and the ability to maximise revenue opportunities.
3. Leadership skills/Team management.
4. Communication/Negotiation skills.
