As an eCommerce Trading Lead for the Healthcare and Wellbeing category, you will be part of the wider Healthcare eCommerce trading team, responsible for day-to-day trade of our exciting healthcare category and how our incredible brands show up on boots.com, to achieve stretching growth targets.
About the opportunity
1. Responsible for the day-to-day trading and how the Healthcare and Wellbeing category shows up across Boots.com, contributing to total Boots.com revenue & profit growth and market share.
2. Be seen as the digital expert in your category, holding a clear understanding of the drivers for the category and the Healthcare market, with insight about how to drive conversion and increase customer acquisition.
3. Delivery of new product launches, sales plan, online trade plan and owning the digital plan for your brands and category.
4. Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the category is appropriately supported.
5. Supporting development initiatives and process improvements, ensuring that ecommerce trading and customer requirements are captured.
6. Responsible for legal and safe trade of own categories online and delivery of KPIs.
What you'll need to have
1. Experience of working in a commercial role, either within eCommerce or with strong retail trading/buying experience.
2. An understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
3. Experience in using data & insight to drive performance and in building and delivering plans.
4. Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, experience engaging, influencing and holding to account teams, peers, senior stakeholders and third parties (e.g., product suppliers).
5. Adaptable and able to maintain excellent prioritisation and organisation skills.
