St Mary's Veterinary Surgery in Tamworth is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team.
Our practice handles a wide range of cases, mostly involving dogs and cats, with the occasional small furry. We enjoy welcoming new pets, focusing on building strong relationships with both the pet and their owner. We create positive and happy experiences while providing essential medical care. For more complex medical conditions and surgical cases, we offer thoughtful and compassionate options, ensuring every client feels informed and supported. Our goal is to provide excellent care, promoting the health and well-being of all the animals we treat. We're offering a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata), as well as relocation support of £5000 for those that require it.
We have had a new, friendly, experienced, and driven Clinical Director join to lead the team. Under the new leadership, the Clinical Director would like to increase our utilization of our wonderful nursing team, supporting them to perform Schedule 3 procedures. Since joining the team, she has found the staff to be welcoming, relaxed, and a joy to work with. The team has the best interests of their clients and patients at heart and they have a wealth of positive feedback from the clients to show for it!
Work-Life Balance
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to manage their work schedules in a way that suits their individual needs, whether it's to accommodate family commitments, pursue personal interests, or simply maintain a busy and fulfilling lifestyle. Join our team, and experience the freedom and flexibility to thrive both professionally and personally. We are open to receiving applications from those who are looking for full-time hours, part-time, or even a fixed working schedule. There are no OOH or Bank Holidays required to be worked with this role. A typical full-time role would involve working 40 hours per week over 5 days. There’s an optional Saturday rota (09:00 - 11:00) as well.

Here's what the team has to say
"I have been at St Mary's Vets for 7 years, gaining my RVN qualification at the end of 2019. Throughout this time I have found the team to be friendly, relaxed and always up for a laugh, whilst keeping a high level of professionalism. I always feel like a valued member of the team and love how everyone shares the same mentality of the importance of a work/life balance. We are always looking to make improvements and am looking forward to seeing how we develop in the future!" - Emma Brooks - RVN
