About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Concept Development: Create innovative designs for components and systems, translating ideas into detailed engineering solutions.
* Modelling and Analysis: Use CAD tools to produce models and simulations, ensuring designs meet performance and manufacturability standards.
* Prototype Development: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to build and test prototypes, refining designs based on feedback.
* Collaboration: Work closely with engineers from other disciplines to integrate designs into larger systems.
* Documentation and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, producing detailed technical documentation.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking Design Engineers with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ideal candidates will have:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo) for 2D and 3D modelling.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
* Experience in industries such as defence, aerospace, automotive, or energy (preferred but not essential).
