Responsibilities
1. Managing costs and contracts across multiple new-build housing developments
2. Procuring and managing trade contractors
3. Preparing tender and contract documents
4. Ensuring financial performance aligns with project budgets
5. Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
Requirements
6. Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
7. Housebuilding/residential sector experience is essential
8. Strong trade contractor procurement and contract management skills
9. Experience working within an SME or PLC housebuilder is desirable
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Package & Benefits
11. Salary £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable based on experience)
