The role As Business Architect you will be part of the Leadership Team for the Transformation and Change Function. You will work to support delivery of the Bupa Global Strategy and the associated portfolio of Change and Transformation initiatives. You’ll help us make health happen by Supporting development and management of Bupa Global’s Operating Model Design Methodology Engaging with development methodologies in the external market Providing strategic and tactical guidance as required to Business Analysts, Project Managers and the wider Business Working with the senior leadership team to identify and develop new and revised solutions to support delivery of the portfolio of partnership programmes and projects Responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the Transformation and Change team Support the effective delivery of Transformation programmes and projects to provide optimal outcomes and enable the organisation to deliver its strategy Establish and maintain strong, effective and trusted relationships with key stakeholders Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Ability to influence upwards and to engage with functional business teams Demonstrable experience and understanding of large-scale change programme implementations, and interdependencies, specifically in relation to Operating Model design and delivery Experience in developing or maintaining operating model design and management tools Experience in managing and providing leadership within a matrix-based organisation Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word and Excel Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels Have achieved TOGAF certification Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
