Teaching Assistant (Full Time) Location: Bloxwich, Walsall Salary: £417 - £425 per week Start Date: As soon as possible About the Role and School ABC Teachers is seeking a passionate and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND school in Bloxwich. This full-time role involves working closely with students of varying ages, providing one-on-one and small group support to help them overcome moderate learning difficulties and additional needs, such as speech and language challenges. This is an ongoing position, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with their learning and development, tailored to their individual needs. Building positive relationships with pupils to foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Requirements: We are looking for candidates who: Have experience working with children in SEND settings, supporting diverse needs. Are adaptable, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping students thrive. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Can provide suitable references, hold a valid DBS check, and have the Right to Work in the UK.
