IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager Surrey - Hybrid Working I am recruiting for an IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager for an award winning tour operator who create bespoke holidays to destinations around the world based in Surrey. The role is a hybrid working.As an IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager you will play a critical role in maintaining all IT & Data Communication systems infrastructure along with providing effective technical support.IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager Benefits:

IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities:Technical Support :

1. Ensure the IT infrastructure is efficient and resilient using a combination of 3rd party vendors and an in-house team.
2. Act as an escalation point for technical issues, providing guidance and solutions to the team.
