This role will have a direct report and grow a team underneath them moving forward. Key Responsibilities: Paid Search Advertising: You'll be managing and fine-tuning PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Paid Social Media Advertising: Create and oversee ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Display Advertising: Develop and execute display ad campaigns on the Google Display Network and programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk. Video Advertising: Run engaging video ad campaigns on YouTube and other video platforms. Native Advertising: Implement native ad campaigns using tools like Taboola and Outbrain. Affiliate Marketing: Work with affiliate networks such as CJ Affiliate and Rakuten Advertising to boost sales. Retargeting: Use retargeting platforms like AdRoll and Criteo to bring back visitors who left your site. E-commerce Advertising: Manage product ads on Amazon Advertising and Google Shopping. Performance Analysis: Keep an eye on campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports and insights. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets to get the best ROI. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid digital marketing. Requirements: Experience: You've got 3 years of proven experience in managing paid digital marketing campaigns. Line Management: Technical Skills: You're proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Communication: Great communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Tools: Experience with advanced marketing tools and platforms. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development. Industry Experience: Experience in the homeware industry.
