**Job Title:** Registered Children's Home Manager
JM Workforce Services are currently working with a leading Children's Social Care provider in Birmingham to recruit a highly skilled and ambitious Registered Manager.
The ideal candidate will oversee the overall management and operation of a residential children's home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
We are looking for someone who can lead a team of staff, promote a culture of excellence, and provide high-quality care and support to residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the home
* Leading and developing a team of staff
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures
* Coordinating training and development opportunities
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
