Administrator/ Data Entry in Technical Dept

£12 per hour
£15,600 per annum if worked 25 hours per week
Part-Time Temporary initially - possibly leading to a permanent role.
Mon, Tue and Thurs 9am-5:30pm
Our client is looking for a Administrator to provide service and assistance to suppliers and customers while working to legal compliance and accredited standards of safety management and quality.
The desire to work part time is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities as Technical Administrator:
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, polite and accurate manners;
* Updating a product list of some 2k items as required
* Add new products according to pre-defined database fields
* Check email inbox for customer complaint
* Populate customer complaints database with investigation notes from email (copy/paste)
* Assist Technical Manager as needed and requested;
* Communicate clearly with other teams to make sure requirements from customers, suppliers or any governmental bodies are met;
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure high standard of customer service is delivered;
* Assist with handling complaints and other claims from customers, assisting with investigations with related team(s) to resolve problems;
* Organise documents and files within the Technical folder;
* Provide accurate information or documents to customers and/or suppliers;
* Assist with collecting documents from suppliers
* Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for WHF’s businesses and products in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard;
* Be able to complete tasks within a tight timeframe;
* Ensure adherence to relevant legislation as well as company procedures and standards
Key Requirements:
* Experience in customer service and/or sales/suppliers
* Computer skills for data entry and communication
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Polite, helpful phone manner
* Understanding of food safety helpful but not required
* Customer focused individual
