Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £45,000-£50,000pa Working within the Data team you would be instrumental in delivering the 2025 Finance Regulatory Reporting Project. You will manage data integration, develop ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable this integration into the financial services regulatory reporting software package, while safeguarding data quality, privacy, and security in line with regulatory standards. If you could use modern toolsets within the MS Stack and be the subject matter expert in the delivery of our key Finance project, then we would love to hear from you About you For this role you will need the following skills and experience: Experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in the financial services sector. Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in the financial sector, particularly those related to data reporting, compliance, and audits. Expertise in SQL Server and data warehousing methodologies. Experience in schema design, data integration, ETL orchestration using SSIS or Snap Logic (preferred), and optimisation techniques. Proficient in the Microsoft Stack, including .NET, C#, and SSRS. Excellent skills in SPROC and Function development to support the SQL environment. Experience with Azure and cloud technologies is a plus. Familiarity with MS Common Data Model and MS Dynamics would be desirable. Experience with ETLs, Snap Logic and exposure to Power Platform would also be desirable.
