The Opportunity:
* Wonderful primary school based in Hyde, Greater Manchester.
* Full-time role to start ASAP 2024 - July 2025
* Monday - Friday
* £450-£480 (Term time only)
* Chance to gain classroom experience and build your confidence before teacher training
* Work with pupils from a variety of backgrounds
What You’ll Do:
* Work closely with the classroom teacher to support students' learning and create a safe, inclusive environment.
* Provide extra support to pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping those who need additional assistance and those who are excelling to reach their full potential.
* Make a real impact by engaging with students from diverse backgrounds and helping them thrive academically and socially.
The successful graduate must:
* A degree (2:2 or above).
* Strong knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A*-C).
* A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
* The ability to engage and motivate students, keeping them focused and enthusiastic about learning.
* An enthusiastic, friendly, and confident approach.
* Commitment to the role for the full academic year (until July 2025).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Good behaviour management skills to ensure a positive learning environment.
* A genuine commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
