Oraclemunications Manager We are seeking amunications Manager to support our staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and demonstrating a deep empathy for the challenges our employees have faced. They must also have a good listening ear to truly understand and address employee concerns. This role requires a balanced approach: providing understanding and support while driving the desired positive behaviours within our stakeholder groups. Themunications Manager will be instrumental in articulating and promoting the benefits of Oracle, ensuring that staff are engaged, informed, and motivated to embrace the new system for improved organizational oues.
Key Deliverables
1. Collaborate with the Oracle Business Change team to understand any impact and clearlymunicate these to the relevant user groups, and to the broader council operations.
2. Coordinate with thems & Engagement Lead and to integrate output actions from the CIA into themunications & Engagement plan.
3. Collaborate closely with thems & Engagement Lead to identify and agree upon action items from the Change Impact Assessment, ensuring they are consistent with the overall Business Change Plan.
4. Contribute to and support delivery of the programmemunication and Engagement strategy and plans.
5. Design, create and delivermunications/ materials as required to support the programme.
6. Support all programmemunications and engagement activity.
Essential Skills and Experience Required
7. Experience in designing, creating and deliveringmunications to a range of stakeholders including both corporate and operational stakeholder groups.
8. Experience working as amunications specialist in previous ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud is desirable.
9. Experience working with/in localernment organisations is desirable.
10. Ability to analyse, understand and interpretplex information andmunicate/convey it in a simple, easy to understand and relatable form to others.
11. High empathy andpassion, with genuine understanding of others' emotions
12. Proven ability to manage challenging situations with sensitivity and care.
13. Excellent verbal and written skills for clear and effective interaction.
14. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships.
