As, Estates Supervisor you will:

Property & Facilities Oversight – Act as the Account Manager for a designated geographic area, managing hospitals, shops, and other property assets to ensure operational excellence.
*
Inspection & Compliance Management – Oversee regular property inspections, including fire risk assessments, asbestos surveys, PAT testing, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
*
Maintenance & Service Delivery – Ensure day-to-day and planned maintenance activities are completed on time, meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction expectations.

Contractor & Supplier Performance Management – Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, working with internal contract managers to implement performance improvement plans when needed.
*
Project & Budget Management – Oversee refurbishment projects, manage maintenance budgets, and ensure cost-effective solutions that align with operational priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution – Liaise with commercial landlords, internal teams, and external contractors to resolve property-related issues and support a commercially focused property management approach.
We’re seeking someone with:

Contract & Supplier Management Expertise – Strong experience in managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
*
Project & Facilities Management Skills – Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute property maintenance and refurbishment projects.
*
Account & Area Management Experience – Proven experience overseeing multiple sites, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and efficiently managed.
*
Budgeting & Cost Control Proficiency – Ability to prepare and manage budgets effectively, ensuring value-for-money solutions in estate management.
*
Customer Service & Problem-Solving – Strong track record of delivering customer satisfaction and resolving property-related issues in a timely manner.
*
Sector-Specific Knowledge (Desirable) – Experience in a veterinary or facilities management environment would be beneficial.
