Senior Health Care Support Worker-Berman
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust
Every day, our teams at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) make a difference. We save lives, we improve lives and we usher in new life. We are proud to play a central role in supporting the health and wellbeing of people in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and our surrounding communities.
Hospital to Home is a community care service supported by the NHS, providing a bridging service to look after our patients in their own homes once they are ready for discharge. This means we will be there to care for patients at home until a package of care has been agreed and sourced by social services. Our service plays a key role in helping to keep our patients well, whilst supporting them to live independently in their own home.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, along with the ability to work a variety of shifts covering from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. You must also have valid business insurance and be able to evidence this.
