An established insurance group is on the lookout for a skilled HR Consultant to join their team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) advice and coaching to line managers and business leads, ensuring adherence to HR policies and guidance.
* Stay informed on the latest case law and best practices to educate and empower line managers in managing ER cases effectively.
* Offer guidance to employees on HR policies and processes when required.
* Manage people-related issues with efficiency and timeliness.
* Foster positive, collaborative relationships across departments and with managers.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
* Familiarity with HR interventions and tools, and their practical application.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
* Exceptional communication skills across various mediums.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
* Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proven influencing skills to support the implementation of robust ER processes, reducing risk while enhancing the colleague experience.
* Solid decision-making abilities, balancing analysis, experience, and perspective to make timely, informed choices.
