We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a varied role so you will need to be highly organised, proactive and someone who thrives on working in different aspects of a business. You will be integral in ensuring the smooth running of our services where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for someone to work 3 days a week, these days are negotiable and can be split between working from the office and home.
The Operations Manager Role is responsible for:
* Human resource from recruitment through to staff leavers, also supporting line managers on personnel matters.
* Staff training
* Complaints, acting as lead contact for any investigations
* Quality & Safety, recording and managing incidents
* Leading on day to day building issues and ensuring all required planned preventative maintenance is carried out
* Records management
* Dealing with Subject Access Requests
* Health and Safety, reporting any issues to the Senior Leadership Team
* Supporting the Business Manager in the administration of different software
