Job Description Role to recruit Fleet Risk/Driver Compliance Administrator Job description/ overview of role We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent Customer Service, organised, pro-active, quick-thinking and great at problem solving. Job Specification: • Monitoring out of hours use for projects – Dealing from cradle to grave. • Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance • Ensuring drivers remain complaint (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, Assessments etc) • Liaising with drivers and third parties – Resilience in dealing with challenging customers. • Taking Drive Care Complaints and dealing from cradle to grave • Loading and dealing with NIP’s • Scanning, cross-checking and shredding paperwork • Ability to pay attention to detail/accuracy • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work independently Essential Experience – Administration, Fleet Knowledge – Minimum 6 Months. Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook. PC Literate. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent communications skills (Orally and Written)
