Marketing Campaign & Events Executive
(Full-Time | Hybrid – 2 Days in Reading Office, 3 Days Remote)
As part of Ultima’s marketing team, your objective will be to execute high-impact marketing campaigns and events that drive engagement, expand reach, and increase uptake of Ultima’s services. This role focuses on supporting our growing portfolio of events and campaigns, working closely with sales, alliance teams, and key business stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives. You will also continuously seek opportunities to optimize events and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Management: Plan and execute engaging events that align with Ultima’s marketing and business goals.
* Campaign Support: Assist Marketing Managers in delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns.
* Content Creation: Develop marketing assets for campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and online/offline advertising.
* Data Management: Build and manage data lists to support campaign activities.
* Supplier Coordination: Work with external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
* Campaign Leadership: Take ownership of smaller campaigns, leading their planning and execution.
* Event Support: Attend and support events to ensure successful implementation.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign tactics to enhance results.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on campaign and event performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
What Success Looks Like:
* Delivering high-quality events and campaigns on time, within budget, and with a strong customer experience focus.
* Building strong relationships with Marketing Managers, partners, and business stakeholders to understand and support their objectives.
* Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and events while contributing to overall team success.
Skills & Experience:
* Understanding of how to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and events.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
* Understanding of data management and GDPR principles.
* Passion for marketing and events.
