Their Pay Per Click (PPC) team plays a crucial role in driving client success by creating and optimising online advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. They are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join their PPC team, where you will develop the skills needed to manage and improve digital campaigns, analyse performance, and help brands grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. A Typical Day in the Job: ? Monitoring and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple platforms ? Tracking performance, updating budgets, and analysing data to improve efficiency ? Researching competitors and market trends to develop innovative strategies ? Setting up and managing campaigns with guidance from experienced PPC managers ? Contributing to client meetings and developing creative marketing ideas ? Gaining experience in other marketing areas, including social media and email campaigns Salary, Hours & Benefits: ?? Salary: £16,000 per annum ?? Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (40 hours per week) ??30 days including bank holidays, plus your birthday off ?? Mentorship & Training: One-on-one support from experienced PPC professionals ?? Google & Facebook Certifications: Time allocated for training and certification in key advertising platforms ?? Quarterly One-on-One Reviews: Regular performance check-ins to support your growth ?? Innovation Meetings: Monthly sessions to share industry best practices and insights ?? Portfolio Development: Support in building a distinction-level apprenticeship portfolio ?? A full-time position will be considered for the right candidate following the successful completion of the apprenticeship. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: ? Strong analytical skills ability to interpret data and identify patterns ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Basic understanding of digital marketing and emerging trends ? Experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms (not required but beneficial) ? A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow ? Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving Grading Requirements: Maths C/5, English C/4 Your Training with Baltic: You will be enrolled in a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Multi-channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills.
