Personal Assistant immediately required to work with our public sector client based in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast. This post is a Temporary role for 6 months with possible extension, working Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £12.86.
The main duties will include Diary management, Providing secretarial support to directors, general administration duties, dealing with queries and Minute taking. Experience in a secretarial role is required.
What We Need From You:
* 2 years experience in a Administrative / Secretarial position
* 5 GCSEs a grade C or above including Maths and English
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
* Minute Taking Experience
