Sales Development Representative
Looking to have a career in B2B tech sales? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join Ciphr. We are looking for someone who is passionate and ambitious to join our dynamic Business Development team and help build our sales funnel.
Our Business Development team is responsible for driving new business growth through the identification and qualification of new prospects resulting in qualified meetings with the Sales Team. You will work closely with the New Business team to ensure that meetings are tailored to each prospects needs and requirements.

Location:
The role is office based, we will require you to come to the office 2-3 days a week.
On a day-to-day basis of a Sales Development Representative, what you’ll get up to:
* Conducting a high volume of proactive outbound prospecting calls to potential customers, approx. 60 per day
* Driving well researched, new qualified opportunities into the top of the sales funnel by scheduling qualified sales meetings for our sales team
* Attract prospects with targeted outreach campaigns, utilising a combination of outreach methods, including personalised video content and LinkedIn
* Work towards targets and KPIs
* Terrority management and ownership. Identify and engage with senior decision-makers, qualifying and assess current pains and buyer readiness
* Building, developing, and managing a pipeline of potential customers in our CRM (Hubspot) and ensuring high levels of data accuracy
* Follow up with any webinar and event leads
If you have these skills, this could be a great opportunity for you:
* Whilst not essential, at least 1 year of successful experience within a B2B environment in a business development, telemarketing or telesales role is desirable.
* Driven to succeed, as an individual and wider team, and continuously learn more with a target of a successful career in B2B tech sales
* Ambitious, creative but also highly organised
* Enthusiastic, articulate and autonomous
* Resilient with a can- do attitude and pro-active work ethic
* Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills, and a passion to build trusting relationships.
